Для таких тиражей я бы смотрел как минимум на буклетмейкеры с вакуумным подбором в линию и фронтальной подрезкой. Типа такого http://www.second-print.ru/equipment/328/50900.html
Но опять же надо смотреть макс/мин форматы, с которыми эти линии работают :? Чтобы выбирать конкретную модель того или иного оборудования, хорошобы знать характеристики всей производственной цепочки и форматы готовой продукции, которую надо производить.

нужно конкретнее.
Производительность. Вот журнал сверстан (кем-то), все содержание утверждено. Через сколько нужно получить 10 (20) тысяч готовых экземпляров? Через день? Неделю? Месяц? Год?
30 листов а4. 30 страниц А4? 30 разворотов (60 страниц)? 30 листов, которые образуются если раздербанить журнал. вынув скрепку (120 страниц) Разница в 2 и в 4 раза и, соотвественно, объем печати.

Так, я не понял - бюджет 300т, это в чем, рублях, баксах, батах. Если в рублях то выше хаба 452 ничего не светит, но он с такими заданиями не справится.

И еще вопрос, а при повышенной температуре и влажности, как там печатная техника работает. Там же даже плавки на улице за ночь не высыхают.
