Service Call Errors 00010000 на epson 7800

Возникла такая ошибка, что она может значить и как ее можно исправить? :confused:

Она всегда возникает или периодически? Вообще, можно сначала потестить paper feeding через сервисное меню. Для начала протрите пыль с датчика и плёнки с рисками около датчика... Кстати, у вас до этого случайно не было бандинга на чёрном цвете? (шучу)

PF Encoder check error

Explanation
The printer causes this error and stops operation if it cannot detect the encoder
pulse signals at intervals of the specified time during the power-on initialization
operation or while the PF Motor is driving.

Possible Causes

��

The PF Encoder connector is disconnected.

��

The PF Motor connector is disconnected.

��

The Encoder harness on the PF side is broken.

��

The wiring of the A and B phases are wrong (opposite)

��

The wiring of the motor is wrong (opposite)

��

The PF Motor shorted out.

��

The PF Motor is energized continuously and kept rotating abnormally.

��

The fuse for the motor driver is blown. (on the Main Board)

��

The Main Board is damaged. (+42V/+24V remote control is broken)

��

The Power Supply Board is damaged (42V is OFF)

��

Check Point
1. Make sure that the PF Encoder and the PF loop scale are free of dust or
foreign materials.
2. Perform the Encoder check by the “1.4.6.1 Self Testing Menu (SELF
TESTING)” (p.112).
3. Make sure that the PF Timing Belt is normal and its tension is appropriate.
4. Make sure that the Grid Roller rotates smoothly without any abnormal load.
5. Make sure that the PF Motor is not shorted out.
If it does, replace the BOARD ASSY.,MAIN together with the PF Motor.
6. Make sure that the harnesses are connected correctly and not broken.

Remedy
1. Clean dirt or paper dust on the Loop Scale and check if it is damaged.
2. Reconnect the PF Encoder connector or the PF Motor connector securely.
3. Execute the PF Timing Belt Tension Adjustment (p.321).
4. Replace the PF Encoder Sensor (p.272).

Replace the PF MOTOR ASSY. (p.269).

Replace the BOARD ASSY., MAIN (p.241).

Вообще меня изначально позвали, чтобы отремонтировать плотер, так как там цвет не печатал. Я эту ошибку исправил, но оказалось что там в добавок еще и шлейф перебит (который в плату идет первый справа), начал ворошить его и плотер начал выдавать ошибку 00010037, заменил шлейф и началась вот такая ошибка.

ну значит нет контакта с датчиком? А сам мотор при включении принтера во время теста крутится?

он щелкает, я в нутрь заглядывал, там шестерни пытаются подвинутся, но не могут, и ПГ вообще не двигается с места, шума мотора как раньше был нет.

протестируйте в сервис-режиме pf и cr энкодеры.

Я просто по широкоформатникам мало работал, в основном по обычным принтерам.
