Check connection between MCU PWB and I/F PWB (P410). If no problems are found, replace the MCU PWB ( PL 13.1). If the problem persists, replace the I/F PWB ( PL 9.1). А вот эврика Problem: 4-363 K Drum motor failure / 4-361 Drum failure (Y-M-C )Cause: Customer ran labels that separated at transfer and ended up in one of the Drum CRU modules and locked it up Solution: Fixed! Did not fix. Before running the Rap, Check the CRU, by turning the large white gear that is on the rear of the CRU. 4-361 Check the Y-M-C CRU's 4-363 Check the K CRU. Turn the gear in a clockwise direction as viewed from the gear (rear) side of the CRU. If the gear binds or is hard to turn replace the CRU. Use one of the other CRU's to compare the force needed to turn the gear. Also check the IBT belt for a label or the residual glue from the back of a label. Problem: 04-361, following RAP and Eureka tip (164447) did not help. The following parts were tested: MCU, IF, Drum Motor, Drums (YMC) and IBT assy. The Motor and drives worked well through diagnostics (004-003).Cause: +5v LVPS damaged, perhaps with load (drums installed) it failed? Solution: Fixed! Did not fix. Replace the 5v LVPS. The BSDs were the only guide to solve this (BSD 9.1)
